The Preparation

  1. 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  2. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Erythritol or Splenda
  3. 2 tsp. Coconut Flour
  4. 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  5. 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  6. 1 Large Egg
  7. 2 Tbsp. Salted Butter
  8. 2 Tbsp. Almond Flour

The Execution


  1. Melt the butter in the microwave for 25 seconds.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. If you are making 2 servings, split the batter into 2 ramekins.
  4. Microwave for 60-75 seconds.
  5. Whip some heavy cream and put on top. (Optional)

Simple to make and a great way to use up leftover chicken or a Rotisserie chicken. Ingredients 1.     1 teaspoon garlic powder 2.     1 teaspoon onion powder 3.     1 can (15 oz) corn (drained) 4.     1 can (15 oz) black beans (drained & rinsed) 5.     2 cups cooked shredded/chunked chicken 6.     2 cups shredded cheese 7.     2 cups uncooked spiral pasta 8.     1 cup sour cream 9.     1 cup salsa 10. 1 teaspoon cumin Fiesta Chicken Casserole Instructions 1.     Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and spray with cooking spray. Set aside. 2.     Cook pasta according to package directions. Don't forget to salt the pasta water.
